For those who have obtained the teaching qualification in Romania (so-called Nivel I and II) following the recent decisions of the competent judicial authorities (concerning the recognition of the qualification under Article 16 of Legislative Decree No.206/2007), Lawyer Alessandro Capuano is providing legal advice to those interested in obtaining the recognition of the teaching qualification in Italy.

Acknowledgment of the real price of property following purchase and sale in Internal Revenue Service value assessments

The firm has obtained recent significant results in the area of value assessments on real estate purchases and sales. Transfers to medical school without entrance test and recognition of foreign degrees and qualifications

Also during the academic year 2022/2023, Studio Capuano has been awarded enrollment in the Bachelor of Medicine degree program, to year after the first, without taking the national entrance test.

Also in view of the new calls for transfers for during theacademic year 2022/2023 , assistance is provided in submitting applications for transfer to years after the first to the Faculty of Medicine. Assistance is provided both for students already enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine (applicants for seat transfers) and for students and graduates in related faculties (such as Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing and others). Transfers can be requested without taking the national admission test.

Law enforcement: Recognition of 6 steps on TFS. Liquidations obtained in 2023.

We obtained in early 2023 the settlement by INPS of the so-called six steps on the Severance Pay.

Result of relevant interest to former law enforcement employees. In fact, it was recently ascertained that former law enforcement employees who retired on application upon reaching at least 55 years of age and 35 years of contribution age were not counted in their tfs 6 contribution steps.
